Enhanced Email Logs
Click through from your email campaign overviews to view new logs of deliveries, clicks, opens, unsubscribes and all your other email statistics.
New Follow-up Schedules
This is a big new feature in Spark this month so we wrote a whole blog post here:
Agenda Tabs
Your agenda now has tabs to filter all events, my events, and shared events.
Mass Action to Remove Contacts from Groups
The new remove icon will appear at the top of your contact list in custom groups allowing you to mass remove any selected contacts from the group.
Faster Group Creation
Create a new contact group directly from any contact list. Select the contacts you want to add and click the add to group icon.
Add a New Contact on Assignment
You can now add a new contact when assigning a contact to an agent. This can be done from either the contact list or an agent’s profile.
