New Product Update: Automated Email Routing by Project

We’ve released a new Assign emails to all matching Projects setting for teams using Spark’s Email Sync.

Previously, if a contact existed on multiple projects, your team had to open the synced inbox in Spark and manually assign the email thread to each relevant project.

Flip on the new setting in your Email Sync account settings and Spark will automatically log email interactions across every project where that contact and synced email account both exist.
