This month, Spark has had a number of improvements done ‘under the hood’, and we’re still working hard on some larger-scale changes to the app. Even so, there’s a few differences you may have noticed in the past couple of weeks.

Notes Upgrade

We’ve reorganized notes on contacts and inventory, to make it easier to quickly view all the relevant information and understand the context of each note in the thread of conversation.

Multiple Agent Ratings

You can now specify multiple agent/realtor/broker ratings in Spark. You will still have one default that will automatically be assigned to contacts that answer “Yes” to the “Are you a realtor?” form question, but from there, you can segment your list of agents into as many different categories as you like, and they will all have the unique properties of an agent in Spark.

You can also now search for and create smart groups from multiple ratings in the same query. This is just a small piece of some bigger improvements we have in the pipeline for search and smart groups in general!

Mass Floorplan PDF Upload

If a project has many different floorplans, it can be a little arduous to add the files one at a time. Our new mass uploader allows you to drag in as many PDF files as you want, and you can either assign them to an existing plan (which may or may not have a file attached currently), or you can create new plans by giving each uploaded file a name. Find this under Inventory > Floorplans.

New Favicon

New
Old

You may have noticed one more tiny change on your desktop shortcut or browser tab for Spark! We’ve updated the favicon to show the full Spark logo, keeping a splash of the classic orange, and bringing in some of the purple you’ll recognize from page headers and other prominent features in the app.
