Top 10 Canadian New Development Brokerages

In the pre-construction world, developers are often the focal point of projects, with their names featured on the buildings. Behind the scenes, however, sales advisories are some developers’ secret weapon that keep these projects rolling, often providing marketing expertise, sales guidance and risk management. These trusted advisors and consultants turn empty steel and glass buildings into homes and vibrant communities.

After our Top 10 Canadian Developers in 2023 article, we wanted to highlight one of the core pillars of the New Development industry, who deserve a spot in the lime light.


Baker Real Estate Incorporated

Since its inception over 25 years ago, Baker Real Estate has become one of North America’s leaders in pre-construction sales and marketing. Baker guides projects from inception to completion, providing consulting services on development, marketing, pricing and more.
